Vegan Cupcakes with Lilac Frosting
Lilac trees are one of my absolute favourites, the smell takes me back to my childhood in Sweden, I remember seeing them in bloom everywhere and I remember always finding some to bring home to put into a vase so I couldn't be more pleased to have some growing right next to us.
Edible Flower Lollipops!
We have become obsessed with making things with edible flowers and in this post I'll share how we made peppermint (the prettiest ones) and some chocolate ones. My Very Yummy Rustic Primrose Jam
Last Wednesday while Nixie was at forest school me and Forrest went to our little special spot along the seawall and I couldn't help but notice Primroses everywhere! They are such happy little flowers, I can't help but smile whenever I see them. I didn't want to make crystallized flowers again, I really wanted to try something new so while Forrest had a nap I managed to make some Primrose Jam!
Crystallized Edible Spring Flowers & Vegan Cookies
Ever since last year when I first saw people doing things with edible flowers I really wanted to have a go and am so happy to have finally made some vegan crystallised flowers!
